The existing neighbourhood being mapped out for temporary occupations that can facilitate up-skilling.

Three scenarios were tested, as to how the site will grow on the future and exploring how commercial 3 zone would become beneficial to this sub-urb, and then the proposal was a commercial 3 plus zone typology.
