In what capacity can creative districts be developed to be an inclusive spot for migrants & immigrants? This will be tested through the c3z+ which will work out on typologies that can train and facilitate multiple uses within same buildings that will encourage the migrants to be a part of.The migrant community hub is designed which is the catalyst project. Here people can work, create, live, learn, manufacture etc.

It is an is an incubation facility stimulating the development of new alternative food and beverage manufacturing enterprise.

The idea of this implementation was to locate existing open spaces in the area between Victoria Street and Munro Street and what are the possibilities that behold them. LEARN - MAKE - SHARE - CO EXIST. With this, we teach and train the unemployed, mix typologies to make it co-livable then share communal spaces, then learn to co-exist and hide the unsafe image.

The project intends on a basic level, how every single user associated with the building in any way gets what they want. Privacy, is defined by everyone in very different terms, and my aim here is to try and create communal as well individual spaces as unique as possible, so that it’s public and individual at the same time. Splitting levels, creating various workshops- that are individual, co-working, working and discussing, work and play, work and live.

The Maker Movement is a vehicle that will allow schools to be part of the necessary return to constructivist education. A movement that will allow students to be creative, innovative, independent, and technologically literate; not an “alternative” way to learn, but what modern learning should really look like.

The proposed 316m tower is 155010 SQM and is located at the Junction of Exhibition Street and La Trobe street. The massing of the tower was evolved from a square core tapering towards mid-rise and maintains same level till sky-rise ending in a truncated crown. The size of the tower is 46m by 46m and the length not exceeding more than 10 meters from the core. he overall efficiency we could achieve with this building along with the sky-gardens is about a 79 percent.
